The inside counter is often very slow. Recently had to leave and come back because the lady was doing non-customer business despite a line of customers.

Easy to set and sign up for my new p.o. box. Lady working was nice and informative.

I didn't go inside but the parking lot was big. The outside stuff was clean. Has three mailboxes for drop offs.
