“I like to judge a business by how they handle things when something goes wrong. In this case, 5-stars for the treatment I received. When I arrived, the gentleman explained that the vehicle I reserved was not returned by the previous renter. However, he handled the situation very professionally and quickly before I even had a chance to say anything. I was provided a different vehicle at the same cost of the vehicle that I did reserve and was off in a matter of minutes very happy with the resolution. I wish all businesses would solve problems as well as this location did.”
