“Had a tire failure 600 miles from home, on the way to an event at Summit Motorsports Park. A new tire was ordered with just a phone call, and I arrived the next day to pick up the new mounted tire.
I asked to use the stores floor jack to swap the spare but couldn't allow that for liability reasons. (I understand)

“I came to Sandusky to visit an old friend, when I woke up I came out to a busted front tire. I pulled into the shop about an hour before opening, the guy showed up about 20 mins later and although he had a busy schedule he made time to fit me in before his appointments. That's what premium service is all about and although he only wanted to charge me 60 for the replacement I paid him 100, he could have made me wait a few hours until he was done but he really took care of me and for that, Thank you!”
