I was married in October and I could not have imagined a better place than the Oak at Millsite Farm. The first time I saw the stunning oak tree I instantly fell in love and knew this was the place I wanted to get married. Everything was so beautiful and the best part is everything was stress free. Jewel and her family did everything to make my wishes come true and then some. I received so many compliments about the beauty of the venue, the delicious food and so much more. If you’re looking for a stress free wedding within a naturally beautiful venue I would highly recommend the Oak at Millsite Farm!

Our wedding at The Oak at Millsite Farm was nothing short of PERFECT and MAGICAL! From the setting of the 350+ year old oak tree to the charming barn and wagon wheel/pond. It was a dreamy backdrop for our special day. We were captivated by its warmth, charm, and elegance.Jewel and Tim were amazing. They went above and beyond to ensure every detail was perfect, creating a seamless and stress-free experience to give me the wedding of my dreams!And the catering service provided by the Colonnade was “OUT OF THIS WORLD!”. The food was DELICIOUS and exceeded our expectations. It was the BEST wedding/event food we’ve ever had.Beyond the food, the presentation of the dining area was beautifully set and complimented the overall warmth and charm of the venue. It was evident that Jewel & Tim, Devin, and catering teams collaborated to create an unforgettable experience for our guests. Shout out to Devin for taking my vision and bringing it to life.I cannot forget to mention that in addition, the enchanting accommodations at the wedding venue, The Oak and her sister venue The Millsite Lodge allowed both our out-of-town guests and the wedding party to feel completely comfortable and at ease allowing everyone to relax and enjoy our wedding weekend experience.Thank you to the entire team and family for making our wedding day a dream come true and truly special!

The star of the show is undoubtedly the towering oak tree, which provides the perfect canopy for your outdoor ceremony. Its broad, outstretched branches create an intimate, fairy-tale-like atmosphere that feels like it's plucked from the pages of a storybook. Not to mention natural beauty of the surrounding landscape which includes the dreamiest willows and the winding cold creek.THE BARN. The high ceilings adorned with twinkling lights, wooden beams, and charming details created a warm and inviting atmosphere. The Oak was such an amazing location for our wedding. If you love the outdoors this is the place for you! I received so many compliments on the location following our wedding. However, the location was an added bonus. Jewel, the owner is even more amazing. She helps you every step of the way when planning your wedding. They even offer a decor package where they do all the decorating, setting up and tearing down, making the day less stressful and all the more beautiful. Even after a couple days of severe rain, hail and tornadoes 2 days prior to our wedding, the place was pristine and more gorgeous than I could have imagined!! The venue is perfect for pictures as well!

It was such a smooth and stress-free process from the very start. We fell in love with the venue as soon as we pulled into the property. It was so convenient having the venue booked for the entire weekend and being able to stay there Friday & Saturday - eliminated the stress of driving all over to all the vendors the day of. Jewel was amazing to work close with & really made sure our day was exactly what we wanted. The food was amazing as well & our guests said the same! I would recommend this venue 100%. The barn reception was perfect for just under 100 guests! The setting was absolutely stunning, a dream wedding for sure!

Absolutely thrilled to have chosen The Oak at Millsite Farm as our wedding venue! What a fairy-like wedding to celebrate our marriage with friends and family. ✨ We had our wedding under the majestic white oak on the property, added a tent to the barn to accommodate even more guests (what a beautiful set up), and enjoyed the elegant space of the barn for the reception. So many picturesque areas for all to enjoy. Guests LOVED all the different spaces the venue had to offer and the flow from each event for the day went perfectly.The Oak at Millsite Farm team was outstanding! I heard several compliments from guests on how on point Jewel was in making the flow to the evening seamless. As the bride, I felt relaxed and excited the moment I stepped on the property for my big day!The food was delectable. We enjoyed many tasty GLUTEN FREE options as well! Huge plus for accommodating all our guests and making everyone feel special.If you’re looking to book a venue to show off Ohio’s elegant beauty, this is a perfect place to look into!

I cannot explain how many ways to say that this place is the PERFECT place to get married! We had so many compliments on everything,the details, the food, the hosts! Every single person we talked to said how this was one of THE BEST weddings they'd ever been to, and the food i cannot even put into words how PHENOMENAL it was!!! You just have to taste it! Jewel and Tim are the perfect team to get the job done and make everything go smooth! It was 110% worth every single penny we spent and do it again in a heartbeat!

The venue is a beautiful place.However, there were a few thing that I found while staying in the house, with the bride, that were a bit strange and not the best for a bride to get ready. The only floor length mirrors are in the two bathrooms, which are also the only bathrooms for quests. The bride had to hide in the shower stall area in the women's room, for over an hour, so no one would not see her prior to the wedding. The sun room, which is where we all got ready, has no tint on the windows so guests or the groom can see in. All of our personal items were in the house which all the guests have access to. So if you want a private space to get ready for the wedding this venue does not have anyplace for the bride to hide. Make sure to get the exact price up front for everything. I know the wedding I was in I heard the bride state that the cost went up every time she turned around which forced her to cancel items on the original list. Also in the contract they could raise the price 15% for inflation which was done for the wedding I was in.

What an amazing experience! The entire property is gorgeous, relaxing, and very family oriented. Jewel and her husband were very helpful through the entire process. If you had a question, she would respond right away.Jewel owns the property of the Oak at Millsite Farm and we also chose her to be our wedding coordinator. She helped with every detail from napkin color, making sure the ceremony ran smoothly, and our recpetion was on the perfect timeline. At times, it got a little stressful with planning, but she was there to make sure me and my fiance weren't stressed. She honestly felt like part of our family and I couldn't be any happier

Our daughter’s wedding day was absolutely incredible! Jewel and Tim took care of every little detail to ensure we were able to enjoy the day. They were amazing to work with throughout the entire process. Our guests made so many positive comments including the beauty of the venue to the fabulous food!It was also wonderful that we were able to use the farmhouse for the whole weekend. It gave the wedding party time to relax and enjoy their time together and not feel rushed. I would highly recommend this venue!

You won't be disappointed booking your wedding at The Oak at Millsite Farm. Jewel is easy to work with, is very responsive, and they will do everything in their power to make your day perfect. She somehow remembers every detail of your wedding so you have nothing to worry about. All of our guests had nothing but great things to say and the food was amazing. You will definitely have a smooth weekend here!
