Very Nice mall. They had your basics like Bath and Body Works, Spencer's, American Eagle, Aeropostale, Victoria's Secret, JCPenney and Hallmark and more. Nice selection of stores and I found the info desk to be helpful.

Don't bother. I've had them for 6 years and I just got told 2 phones later. That I have to purchase a new sim. Even though I was told to keep using the same one 2 times. Because their system finally detected my new phone. Which. By the way, to change phones/reactivate you Have to call them each time. So they damn well knew I got this one 9 months ago. It has worked fine till now. And now I have to wait 3 days minimum for a new sim card because they refuse to fix the issue. Whenever I've had an issue u "get scheduled a call back" I have literally never received a call back or a refund for their screw ups. Like not having service I paid for already. Which since their system randomly deactivated my sim half way through the month I will get to do for like a 3rd time. The other 2 times were just random failures of service that they could not explain or fix. I just had to wait till my service magically started working again hours or days later. I asked for escalation and got told I can't because the solution is simple. Buy another sim. Since they apparently lied to me 2x when they said I could keep using the same one.

I used to come here as a kid and this place was always booming with people. Prices were great too. Now, nothing is here anymore and it makes me sad. I'm old enough to drive myself here now and it's just really sad to see so much closing here. There are still quite a few stores open but then again, a lot has closed too. It's clean, friendly people, and some good stores but man-

This place just keeps going further down hill. They are losing store after store. Sears is done (not this malls fault lol), Game Stop is out, the place is just so sad now. It's reminiscent of a place after a epidemic. Shame, but hopefully they can pick things up with Sandusky revitalizing. This was a two star, but I'm thinking about my experience. The place is super clean. The janitor sweeping a clean floor (he wasn't jerking around, he was keeping this place SPOTLESS) could tell I was lost. Helped me out with finding where I want to go (not in the mall lol), and took a moment for a brief chat. Then right back to cleaning. This mall sucks as a mall, but honesty, everyone was nice (of the mall staff I encountered), and the place was super clean. Good work mall. I hope things pick up for us! (It would be nice if I could come here for more than two stores :/)

The selection of stores at this mall isn't the best but it will do! I had to come here for a pair of shoes and it was next to impossible to find s decent pair in my size. After a lot of hunting and going in about ever store I finally found a pair! The mall was clean and the restrooms were decent. I enjoyed my time at this mall.

This mall wasn't terrible considering it's the only mile in this neck of the woods. However, I wish there was more entrances to the mall. Adding a Nike or under armor would be awesome as well!

Its a mall, its in Sandusky. Stopped there because we left the little ones bathing suit at the crib. It has what you would expect in a mall...in Sandusky,...

When I was on my Ohio trip I ended up in this mall to look around. It was not a bad mall, it was pretty small but clean and had a decent pick of stores. I really wanted to buy some stuff but at the time of this trip I was almost piss poor so I just had to be content with looking around.

A decent mall. Has a little bit of everything. Could be better, could be worse. Nothing really special about it.

It's good to kill some time every once in a while but it gets old quick so I'm only there every once in a while. Scattered food options but no central food court and only benches to sit at. If you're actually hungry, I suggest going to Cheers. It's a connected bar but offers surprisingly good food at decent prices. Just probably not a good spot if you have young kids in tow. I'm glad they replaced the Borders with another bookstore. It's huge, has an in-store coffee bar, and is a great place to wander for a while. TJMaxx is a good spot to look for deals too but back off when it comes to clearance items until I get a good look first :)

The mall isn't fantastic, but serves the basic needs. Only one story, so easy access. JCPenney, Sears, Elder-Beerman, and Macy's departments stores. Books-A-Million, TJMaxx, American Eagle Outfitters, Aeropostale, Justice,Charming Charlie, and Hot Topic to name a few stores. Not too many food options to choose from.

Glad Sandusky even has a mall but this city needs to step it up! The mall is nothing to get excited about. The stores are just ok. All the stores don't have a great variety of merchandise. They definetly need to put some new shopping here!!
