The guy working the checkout lane at 11:20 am on April 28, 2024 is by far the biggest waste of an employee ever. Absolutely flat out refused to assist me in purchasing a desk and an office chair. Acted as if he couldn't be bothered with literally no one else in the store. Worst customer service experience ever. Just close the location.

This is a nice Staples. I got my TSA precheck done here and was satisfied with my experience. I made an appointment online and showed up here to see that there was no line to get fingerprinted for TSA precheck. The TSA precheck area is to the left of the entrance to the store. I got my fingerprints scanned and my photo taken for TSA precheck, which only took about five minutes. Once I was done I left, satisfied with my experience. I gave this Staples five stars because it’s a quick and convenient place to get fingerprinted for TSA precheck.

They LIED about the delivery date! Sent cookies to a platoon in TX and they won't get it now in time. I WILL NEVER USE THIS SERVICE AGAIN!

I called to check if it was possible to purchase just a few sheets of card stock. I was first told they were over $1. I questioned the price then was told it was $.15 to $.31. I stopped in to pick it up and was told they only sell it by the ream. Supposedly no one spoke with me on the phone. Get it together Staples!

On 10/24/2023 I purchased (on line) a HP OfficeJet Pro 8025e printer. It arrived and was set up on 10/27/23. No issues with printing until 11/29/2030. It would not allow the paper to go through the printer and would jam up. After an hour of this I decided to return the printer to the store for a full refund. I did have all my on line paperwork/receipt. The 2 supervisors informed me all electronics have a 14 day return policy. That is NOT stated on my receipt and I was advised I should have purchased the extended warranty. This is terrible terrible customer service for something that cost $192.14. I plan to file a BBB complaint and follow up with Hewlett Packard. I feel they should have provided me with a full refund. I was also informed by one of the supervisors that HP printers have the most trouble, if that is the case why are you selling them?

The service I received today at the staples on Milan was terrible. I wanted to ship something and print some copies and both workers were very rude and didn’t take the time to even hear me out. If you are in the customer service business, that should be your focus, the customers.

So we stopped off at Staples in Sandusky, Oh today to pick up the new HP printer which we saw a week ago (8/22/23), on sale (until Friday 9/16/23) for $69.99 ($30 off from original price of $99.99). I even took pictures of that sale tag last week when we were there. So today, I go right to the printer to purchase it and the sale tag is removed and not only sale no longer in effect BUT now the original price is $25 higher at $124!!! WHAT??? So I go up to the guy (same one who talked with us last week) and asked him about it. He said what does it say now? I said $124. He said Corporate pulled it. I said even when I have pictures of it on sale with the expiration date??? (which I showed to him.) He said yeah they can do that. I said they even raised it another $25! He said sorry coporate ordered that. So I said well they lost a sale. I was flabbergasted!!! Got in the car on the way home, searched online for the same printer at the sale price of $69.99 and found it through Walmart for the same deal with free shipping to our house! I was flabbergasted again and as soon as I got home I ordered it before the sale price was removed! I was just shocked that Staples would do such a thing and that they wouldn't honor the sale price even when I had proof on my phone with the expiration date. The sales person I talked with gets 5 because he's the one last week who was so knowledgeable and answered all my quotations and pretty much sold us on this printer and today he was just doing his job. Not his fault the company doesn't stand by their printed sales. Very disappointed in Staples "Corporate " decisions on sale items. Staples has lost a customer.
