Definitely not the ideal service today unfortunately. We drove from Norwalk for this appointment which the text stated at 4:49pm, arrive 5 min early, and that it was a 54 min wait time for online booking ahead for the stylist selected. We arrived in Sandusky in the parking lot when the “your stylist is estimated to be ready in 15 min” text came through at 5:25pm. We parked the car and the next text a min later at 5:26pm said, “batter up, you are on deck!”. We walk in and the lady asked if we checked in yet. I told her I could not because the website app logged me out when I tried to log in to check in (I was literally parked in the parking lot). Our stylist had already removed us from the list and sat someone else in her chair. The woman who asked if we had checked in said it was okay, she’ll check me in as in your next in line. Which she did check us in, but made us sit and wait another 40 min with no word telling us she skipped us in line while they called two more ppl ahead of us while we waited. They had already skipped us before our time was even up based off what I had witnessed. There is no way there was more than a split second where they must have asked for “my name” heard nothing and just skipped us before our time was even up per the texts I had literally just received.
Long review short. Expect to be skipped in line even arriving before time. Don’t rely on the texts or the stylist to keep you in line for your slot. And definitely count on them skipping you for others who weren’t even “in store” before your scheduled time slot.

Stylist: My stylist Vicki Catri was beyond a model employee. She took every step to make me feel like I was getting the best treatment great clips could provide. She helped me find a hair style that would fit me best and I ended up with the best haircut of my life!!!! If it wasn’t for Vicki, I’m not sure if I would have returned but now i am a customer for life!

I went to sports clips to get a low taper fade and I told the lady not to cut to high on the top and she ended up shaving
The sides all the way up and was rushing to cut my hair then kept asking if she could take pictures of my hair then put gel and powder in without asking acted super rude then after we checked out she did not no how to work the card reader and said are card was not working for and excuse I would not recommend sorry

Worst haircut and beard trim I've had! Bald fade and she never took a gard off the clippers! Come on man get some quality barbers. When you do a game with a comb and siccors your fresh out of school ! Sorry.

I have never left a review in my life but my husband got his haircut by the assistant manager at the Sandusky sports clips. She was rushing and did a horrible job. He left with big gouges in his hair from her uneven fade. We had to go to another salon to get it fixed it was so bad. The lady that fixed his hair said she couldn’t believe the assistant manager did such a bad job. If you go here do not ask for the assistant manager as you will have to go somewhere else to get it fixed. Very disappointed as we’ve had others do a good job.

Came in for a fade and left with a mullet. I will never go back. I had to go downtown and get my hair fixed at Phil's thankfully they fit me in. They were shocked by my haircut but got me lined up.

Marley did an amazing job on my son’s hair!! It’s my favorite haircut he’s ever had! The salon was clean too and staff were very friendly, we will be back for sure!!
