Snyder Collision fixed my badly scratched car perfectly - metallic black paint matched exactly. Everyone from the estimator to the body shop guys were very professional and helpful. Highly recommend !

$11,000 worth of work on my truck due to last years hail storm. After them having it for forever. I finally get my truck back at night. The next morning when I go to inspect it. I find 2 chips in the paint, to the bear metal on the roof, the entire roof was supposed to have been painted. They took my sun visor off my hood and never replaced it. My ford emblem that I pointed out was never replaced. They broke my xm radio mount. I have a laptop mount in my truck they removed it and couldn't even be professional enough to reinstall. I pointed out other hail damage to the truck and the guy didn't act like he cared and it was never fixed. The best part is that the paint doesn't even match. Seriously disappointed in my experience with them.

Had good experiences in the past with this body shop and Ryan was a very nice guy however when calling them to be advised I spoke to another man who was just awful his phone demeanor was most off putting he had an attitude that frankly made me add this review he just didn’t want to cooperate or frankly care in anyway asked to have Ryan call me back he never did so you’ve lost my business and referrals.

Unfortunately I can't leave a 0 star but if I could I would. Basically don't bring your car here they will either not fix it at all or mess it up more. My boyfriend and I got into an accident in March ( not our fault) and we brought into Snyder Collision because we thought we would be a good option. We were wrong. Took them 3+ months to " change" a bumper and they didn't even change it l, we know because of the dents still present. The most they did was paint over it and called us to get it. We went in and did not accept the vehicle and had to get insurance involved. The men that work there too are cocky and rude as well. Went in today to get it (6/5/24) and still looked bad, paint don't match, scraps still there, overall just looks bad. Wouldn't recommend going here you'll be disappointed.

Talk about an amazing experience. I have never experienced such care and consideration in any experience let alone with a tow/auto service related company. They made my dilema an absolute priority and far exceeded my expectations. From Tammy in the office with her top notch customer care to Walt in the shop, these people are the best. You are a fool to seek service anywhere else.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! After over 4 months my daughter finally got her car back! Which was absolutely ridiculous to take that long. And they kept saying it wasn’t their fault. I ended up having to pay over $6400 out of pocket because the insurance messed up and sent an initial check to the wrong address. So the insurance said they could direct deposit it if we show there’s a zero balance owed. Well I look at my paperwork and they never put that I paid. It still shows I owe all that money. Call and they tell me the car is my receipt! And now will not get me something that says I owe nothing. Because I’m not being nice. Ummm no one else would be nice. It’s been almost a week. I recommend this place to no one!!! They seem to have some very shady business practices and do not care about their customers.
