Most of the drives are great but the last two days ive had the same driver and both days she was over 10 min late and when you get on her bus she has an instant attitude with everyone and treats people like they are children. If that's how she wants to run her bus maybe she should drive actual children. Yesterday we were slowing down for my stop and she had been saying she was in a hurry cause she was running late. So I stood up as we were slowing down and grabbed the standing bar on the ceiling while I waited for the bus to stop and she barked at me that I couldn't stand up till the bus stopped. But the sign on the bus says " no standing fwd of the white line while bus is in motion" not no standing. I've been riding transit in multiple cities for over a decade and have never been treated like this.

Besides being late most of the time (8/10) drivers are rude for the little circuit they have to drive .You have to have exact change otherwise you can't get on. Driver's never have change or even intend to help you .Also, trying to get an Uber would be very difficult in Sandusky .Renting a car would be a great idea but not many people can afford it .Make yourself a favor and never plan to do anything in Sandusky cause public transportation really sucks

Sometimes they are a little late but thats to be expected of any bus system. I work with cedar point and there are ALOT of internationals working for cedar point wanting to go to to the mall and downtown etc. The bus drivers are always so nice even sending more buses to heavy traffic stops when needed. They are always going out of their way to get you where you need to go

Small buses always fill up too fast. People paying fares with cash or using a monthly pass should get priority boarding over Cedar Point and Kalahari employeew

Have the buses(red line evenings) run on time. I understand 5 or even 10 mins but 20? And having the driver yell for everybody to get off "his" bus ( quite rudely) without explanation topped it off tonight. I've called twice and have been told....his old and gets off route sometims .....well talk to him about it....and of course Dawn cant tell me anything when I called "I cant tell you that" was what I got from her!!!! I wish I didnt have to depend on this bus but I do. I just wish they could get a better driver for Red line evenings. But of course I'm a nobody and I doubt anything will be done to rectify the situation.

The new routes, all meeting at the transfer center downtown, make riding the bus much more convenient. Thanks to Administrator DeFreitas for implementing so many positive changes in record time. My experience with blue line service & the others is almost always great!
