Hatch came in for his routine check. Arthritis was mentioned as a reason he is limping. I was told last week the office would call.back and hasn't called. We need advice of over the counter meds for him.

Seemed like a decent place, but not taking any new clients. I'm not from here, and at least the receptionist was decent enough to offer other places for my pet, and for that I'm grateful.

Doctors and nursing staff are very friendly. Sadly, it's always their front desk staff that are always rude / unhappy. They seem like they hate their job, and when their the ones you have to deal with before leaving, it makes you not want to come back. I switched vets due to them. The Bellevue office is much better, in my opinion. Awesome staff there all the way around.

I am writing to express my deepest gratitude to the incredible team at Sandusky Animal Hospital. Their compassion and care during a challenging time meant the world to me and my beloved feline friend, Taylor.
When Taylor fell ill unexpectedly, I reached out to Sandusky Animal Hospital in desperation, hoping for a miracle. Despite my last-minute request, they squeezed us in without hesitation, alleviating my worries instantly. From the moment we stepped through their doors, we were greeted with warmth and kindness, which immediately put both Taylor and me at ease.
Throughout the entire process, the veterinary team went above and beyond to ensure Taylor's comfort and well-being. They took the time to thoroughly explain every aspect of Taylor's condition, providing reassurance and understanding during such a difficult time. Their sincerity and genuine care were evident in every interaction, and I felt supported every step of the way.
Despite their best efforts, Taylor's journey came to an end, leaving a void in my heart. However, I will forever be grateful for the love and compassion shown by the vet and the entire staff at Sandusky Animal Hospital. Their dedication to their patients and their families is truly commendable and will never be forgotten.
Thank you, from the bottom of my heart, for your unwavering support and exceptional care during this challenging time. Dr Clark performed spay surgery on my 5lb bunny and everything went amazingly well. He is a very busy Vet so we did not get to meet with him, however his staff handled all aspects outside of surgery, and they were caring and knowledgeable. My bun is healing well. We appreciate Dr Clark and his staff and will recommend this clinic to all our friends.
