Today we purchased new hearing aids with the help of Sarah Spicer, the Lucid Hearing Specialist at the Sandusky Sam's Club. She is friendly, knowledgeable and competent. All of our questions were thoroughly answered and her goal was to help my husband improve his hearing, not simply to sell a product. We would recommend both the Sandusky Sam's Hearing Center and the Lucid Hearing Aids.

This is your typical big box store with tons of bargains! I recommend downloading their app to catch their latest specials! They have a beautiful meat dept with lower than grocery store prices on meat , chicken, seafood! The produce dept has really fresh seasonal fruit at pretty good prices ! I love to do birthday and Christmas shopping here to save as much money as possible but still get the latest items everyone lives! Come join the club today and start saving money!

Absolutely love sams club. Especially doing the scan and go. Can go get what I need and get out quickly. Only drawback is being stopped by various salespeople while trying to shop.

I visited family in Sandusky and went shopping at sams club with them, since we don't have one near us back home. I could not believe how under staffed the store was and one of the ladies there ( Kim ) was folding clothes hacking up a lung and was so rude when we asked for help. I was appalled definitely would watch out for her

Beware if you're leaving the store and are met by a lady named Kim who is checking your carts. She's very rude! My disabled uncle was attempting to hold his receipt for her to scan and she barked at him that he wasn't holding it properly and that it was causing her wrist to hurt! It's shameful how she treated him. He was quite embarrassed because she was so loud about it. It's very sad that a disabled person is treated with such disrespect in a business like that. Kim, you're a disgrace to Sam's Club and to customer service in general.

Better deals than Wal-Mart! Love their grass fed beef, avocados, and fresh produce. $45 for a 1 year membership is very inexpensive for the savings that you get here.

Elliot is very full of himself. He is constantly trying to tell jokes instead of just doing the job. I went to get custom earplugs for work and instead of just using the foam dam like he's supposed to he uses cotton which he pushes around for a long time before he gets into place. He tried to say I have a low pain tolerance because I was flinching during this process. The only reason I was flinching was because every time he put his tool in my ear I heard eardrum reverb. The earplugs I revived didn't stay in place at all. If I made any movement they would release their seal. He remade the one that wasn't sealing and it was still giving me issues so I ended up getting a full refund. He gave me a lot of issues for this.

I have purchased the Hughes Double Reclining Sofa twice from this Sam's Club, which when assembled at home was broken. Both times we assembled the couch and both times, each side did not recline fully and would grind when reclined. There is also a major gap between the arm and the back of the couch that is much larger than it should be. I am extremely disappointed in the handling of merchandise by this Sam's Club, as they have given me not one, but two broken couches at full

Just renewed my membership. I couldn’t help but notice all the free sample people (except an older gentleman who told us how to cook a perfect steak) looked super depressed like they hated their lives. Not the way to get me to buy their products. Also they were salty when I asked where an item was.

Wait in line to check out then wait in line again to leave. Can't print an ID card so buying gas is a pain, guess Sam's Club thinks it's OK to waste customers time.

I bought the frozen shrimp in the plastic trays, brought it home, put it in the freezer and when I defrosted it in the frig, we went to eat it and it was rotten. They lie and cheat you out of money. Never again

Great location, good prices, and a very reasonable food court. The overall quality of the food is outstanding for the price. $2.50 for a slice of pizza and a fountain drink - seriously, worth trying.
