If people wanna complain about the cleanliness of the store (it isn’t even that bad) they can easily apply and get a job here!
This is the cheapest, and best clothing store in Sandusky. They’ll have official NBA/NFL merch, and offer other items cheaper than tj maxx does next door.
My only complaint is that it’s not built into the mall.

Decent higher end shoe selection but the security tags are so sensitive that I set off two of them just lifting shoes and looking at them. After the second went off, I just left.

Great deals to be had. The stores tend to be quite unorganized and there are only 2 fitting rooms but if you have patience and time you are likely to find some good deals.

Stopped by today ...a Wednesday at five pm. Was doing some school shopping found some Fair deals in the messy store. Went to have my big kid try on a few items before buying and she told me the dressing rooms were both closed. Laughing I said that can't be ..let's find an employee. Found one stocking the cologne , i nicely said, hi we need to try on some items she looked into my sole and said no. I then said excuse me? She then informed me in a very negative way...short staffed no bathrooms no dressing rooms. I said this is a clothing store I need to know if these items fit before buying and the employee looked at me and said ...no bathroom no dressing room. Worse experience ever left a half a cart full of items.

I had never went to a Ross before because of where I live I was so excited I found a shirt for 5 dollars and my and boyfriend got in line and there was a horrible cashier. Only one cashier station was open and the only cashier there was awful. We waited in line for 25 min. And the cashier was a girl and she kept flirting with a Customer. Just that alone took about 6 min. WHEN I HAD FINALY GOT UP THERE THE CASHIER HAD THE AUDACITY TO TURN AROUND AND TALK TO A FRIEND. I will not be coming back EVER. Do better Ross. 07-09-2024

waited in line for 25 minutes because there was a total of one worker, and when we finally got to the register, she had the audacity to turn around to her friends that were there and started talking to them. cannot recommend this place if you are looking for speedy and respectful service.
