1004 Sunset Plaza, SanduskyI have 2 havamalts. Even though they are sibling thru their mom they have different textures of coats because of their different dads. At the previous groomers they solved the knotting problem with shaving them too low. My husband voiced our frustration to a neighbor who recommended us to you guys and I can't say how happy we are with the service and professionalism. The cutsie touch of their little ties was precious. We will be on the regular schedule of every 6 to8 weeks ??? we gotta keep this look going.

A few months ago on a Saturday morning, a bat somehow got into my bathroom & one of my cats and my new puppy were both potentially exposed to rabies and hadn't received their rabies shots yet. I called their office when they opened & they were able to get both of my pets their rabies shots in a few hours. They truly care about their clients & their prices are great. thank you NOAH pet clinic for all that you do!

The sweet smell of sugar as soon as you walk in is mind numbing. The amount of choices they have to choose from is overwhelming. The two servers that helped us this evening wete so friendly and had a really good sense of humor. They even helped us with a special treat for our puppy (it was her 11 birthday). Will definitely be back many many times.

The owner of SBPH went out of his way to team up with as many businesses as possible for locally sourced food and supplies. The reason I gave it only four stars is that the prices are quite high and prevents me from dining there regularly. The food is definitely good and the service is always respectable. But as a local myself, it doesn't make sense for my family and I to patronize this restaurant more than a few times per year.

Firelands Winery & Restaurant
917 Bardshar Rd, Sandusky1. Today, we visited Firelands Winery for the first time, serving as a convenient meeting point to connect with family from Michigan. The winery is stunning both inside and out, and we thoroughly enjoyed a tasting, particularly appreciating the Lonz Cream Concord. The staff was exceptionally friendly and attentive during our visit. Unfortunately, I realized after returning home, approximately two and a half hours later, that I had dropped my wallet. Upon calling the winery, a staff member kindly informed me that he had found it and offered to mail it back to me at no cost, despite my willingness to cover the shipping expenses. I am immensely grateful for his thoughtfulness and the kindness displayed by the staff, which is a refreshing reminder of the goodness that still exists in the world.

Penn Station East Coast Subs
4318 Milan Rd Unit 1A, SanduskyWe come down annually for our family trip to Cedar Point and always try to try something new. So, we recently visited Pen Station Subs, and I have to say, the experience was fantastic! We believe the manager took our order, and his customer service was phenomenal. He was friendly and attentive and made sure our order was perfect.
The food was excellent—everything was hot and delicious, exactly what we were hoping for. One of our items was initially messed up, but the manager took care of it in minutes, quickly correcting the mistake. His professionalism and dedication to great service really stood out to us.
We'll definitely be coming back every year for more delicious subs and outstanding service. I highly recommend trying it!

1911 Superior St, SanduskyI decided to go to the Humane society for another fur baby...and I'm so glad I did...I wanted an older cat..they had a few to pick from...I fell in love with all of them...the staff was so caring..and helped me.. finally chose Pearl..so loving...it's been less than a week but we already have a routine...I just wish more people would adopt these poor babies...
