“I am very disappointed in Sandusky. For the second time Sandusky has sent my product to the wrong address my old mailing address. I ordered stains and varnishes over 3 weeks ago talk to the manager a week ago. He told me he would get back to me in a day or so and let me know what is going on with the shipping . I told him I would pick it up in another Town's post office I don't live in the town I used to live in. The manager basically told me because of their mistake they are going to cut me off. Refund me my money and not send me any products to finish my Chris craft. At this point that's fine with me I don't think I will be using Sandusky in the future. I don't know what the problem is why they can't send it to my address and they send it to the wrong address for the second time. my old billing address. But that's fine I will find another varnish and stain. At this point I just want my money back and I will never deal with Sandusky again now the weather has changed where I'm at and I can't finish my boat thank you Sandusky. So Rob at Sandusky paint finally got me my order so I'm going to give him a four-star because I'm not sure whose fault this is but I did receive my order”

“The Sandusky Sherwin-Williams is one of my favorite places to visit. I get fast friendly knowledgeable help. They have everything I need most of the time. The one time they were out this past year of shortages, I was told of another store where they had heard had just gotten a shipment of that product in. To be that confident of your place of employment that you recommend a customer go to a competitor for a product that you are out of says a lot. I'm very happy at Sherwin-Williams.”
