“Jay (Jedidiah Crum) saved the day! We were planning to find another service center to fix the flashing check engine light after being told that the service center was fully scheduled for the next two weeks. Jay at the quick lane heard about the story and asked us to wait for a few minutes. He talked with the service managers and got the vehicle serviced at the quick lane side. The spark plug for cylinder 5 was replaced, the oil was changed, and the tires were rotated. We are 12 hours away from home (Kansas City) for a conference here in Sandusky. The vehicle was shaking like crazy and AC was off during the last few hours of driving. We know that we couldn’t drive home with vehicle conditions like this. Jay understood the concerns and went way beyond to help us out. He says that he would take care of anyone walking into his door. People like Jay make happy and grateful customers.
