I love this vets office and i've been taking my pets here for over 10+ years. A few months ago on a Saturday morning, a bat somehow got into my bathroom & one of my cats and my new puppy were both potentially exposed to rabies and hadn't received their rabies shots yet. I called their office when they opened & they were able to get both of my pets their rabies shots in a few hours. They truly care about their clients & their prices are great. thank you NOAH pet clinic for all that you do!

I have taken my cat Blackie to NOAH for many years. They have always been kind and respectful to him and me. The medical care he received was top notch. It came time for Blackie to cross the rainbow bridge. The staff was so kind and understanding. I was able to spend as much time as I wanted with him and soothed him as he passed.Thank you NOAH

I’ve taken all of my dogs here and have been extremely satisfied every time. The staff is always friendly and accommodating. They were so kind to me when one of my dogs passed and they call to check up on my pups if they’ve been having any problems. I know my fur babies are in good hands with Dr. Hannah and Dr. Aaron.

I have had more than one issue with this veterinarians office. This is the last straw. I called because my indoor cat got fleas from a family members dog. I asked for a prescription for flea treatment. I was told they could give me Cheristin for cats. I sent my husband to pick it up. I got home and saw the bill for $72.20 so I thought, that’s really expensive. So I looked it up online. It is over the counter and they are selling it for almost double. So I called to ask why they didn’t tell me I could purchase this on my own from the pet-store down the street. I waited on hold and they couldn’t answer my question. I was only told I couldn’t return it. Disappointed to say the least. If I can’t trust you I can’t bring my animal to you.

Got my cat fixed here, amazing staff and facility, couldn't have been happier. Called today to see about getting said cat into the clinic to be seen, seeing as she's developed a sneeze that isn't producing anything and she's been very lethargic. They looked up my paitent information and recognized that we've had our cat there before and she's definitely been seen but because it's been a couple years, they won't see her cause they aren't accepting new patients and she would be considered a new paitent since she hasn't been seen in awhile. Was told to "call around elsewhere and see what someone else can do for her." So because I havent had my cat there every year im basically told to buzz off.... very very unprofessional and they will not be getting my business and or any further recommendations.

they were great with my boxer so I took my pitt mix. doctors & anathesiologist are very good but thats about it. took the pitt in for surgery they had him set up to remove tumors he didn't have, that was on my boxers chart! sat in the parking lot from 8 to 2pm no calls. called at 2:30 said he was going in next & they'd call when it was done. few min before 4pm said he was done & they'd bring him out.75 lbs & this poor dog was crawling because he was still loopy & the tech just kept pulling him. guess that hamburger was pretty dam important.if the doctor hadn't of called to tell me the results I wouldn't of known anything.shame she can't keep there checks especially for covering all jobs!

I live in Tennessee and am visiting family in Ohio. My puppy suddenly became sick while visiting. NOAH’s pet clinic fit me in their busy schedule simply because my family’s dog goes there. I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Hannah and her staff. I wish I could use them as my full time vet. They come highly recommended.

I have been using Noah pet clinic for a few years now and decided today was the final straw. I took my Roadie girl in for her having trouble pooping-and of course not able to get an appointment so I had to drop her off and "hope" they had time to get with her. I was told by the front office gal that her intestines were irritated and glands were full, so 125.00 later she brought my girl to me wrapped in her blanket. So when I got in the car, she jumped out of her blanket and that's when it hit us! The smell was horrid! The vet didn't even bother to clean her up before giving her back. I'll be requesting her records to go elsewhere-as soon as I find a great vet within the area. Any suggestions? 44870

The vets and staff at NOAH have been great with both of my dogs. Dr. Ison explains things in a way that makes the medical terminology easy to understand and our dogs comfortable. Highly recommend!
