My Mini Cooper broke down at my niece's graduation party at 5pm on a Saturday night stranding us in Ohio. Nick answered the call and we are so thankful. He went in on Sunday to diagnose the problem & stayed late to complete the repair. 10 miles into our drive back to Georgia, a hose clamp broke. At 7am (3 hours before he opens), Nick helped dx the issue. He had us on the road by 10am with Mini running great. This is the place to go if you are live near Sandusky.

My brakes crapped out on me and I was panicking to get them fixed in time for work the next day, Nick was super understanding and gladly fit me into his busy schedule and got me back on the road within hours! I had an exhaust pipe that was hanging on my vehicle. I took it to Nick and he took it in and said he would let me know how much before he did any work on it. He was very thorough and now my vehicle runs smoother than what it was before. Called his business to see if he could get me in that day to repair a power steering issue, he said yes, he could look at it the same day, so I took the car over to his shop and he looked at it and gave me a price to fix it. so, he was able to fix the issue the same day. he was very knowledgeable and polite. Worst experience I have ever had with a mechanic. We came to this incompetent mechanic for a power steering fix. As it turns out he used this opportunity to try to scan more money out of us. He used his charm to make us believe we were getting a deal yet when he returned our car to us it overheated in less than 24 hrs. This is due to the fact that there was fluid spilled on the serpentine belt, which every other mechanic we've talked to has said should've been replaced as soon as he knew. Now I don't know if he spilled the fluid on purpose, or if he just neglected to express the importance of replacing it. Either way, his lack of professionalism and knowledge caused our water pump to explode. This man tried to charge us $1500 for this fix that we got done for $300 at another. Do not go to this mechanic. He'll cause more headache than it's worth.
