Came in today 10/28/21 4:50 right before close and the worker with the mustache downright deserves a raise. This man saved me money, gave me some real knowledge and was nice/genuine the whole time. The world needs more people like this everywhere. Give that dude a raise ASAP

Great to see Adam at this store. Took great care of my family when he was service manager at local repair shop. Always sold me what I needed and not pad with extras. Glad you still work local.

Thank you so much to the manager Adam helping my wife fix the windshield wiper on the van today! She had both the kids with her so even though it was raining he still came out and fixed the issue!

Great place for parts and customer service. The counter guys are very friendly, knowledgeable and eager to help. I don't mean sell, I mean help. Help you get the right part, take their time to look up the right parts, help you locate the right part if they don't have it and help you get everything you need to do the job right the first time. Very fun atmosphere every time I'm in for something. Always have great music playing when I stop in, last time in it was the local christian station-that's awesome! Great stock, great sales and great people to get my parts from! Thanks Napa!

What an amazing experience I just had a Napa in Sandusky. I came in to get some oil filters. I wasn't sure exactly of what I needed, as my husband always took care of things like this. A little uneasy, a little hesitant I stopped anyway. The young man at the counter was very sweet, very patient and listened to me as I explained I didn't know exactly what I was looking for. As I was explaining to him that my husband had just passed away recently, I became a little teary-eyed. I also explained I have been so distraught and flustered as I try to navigate my life without him, this young man stopped me dead in my tracks when he asked if he could pray with me. I was floored. He stopped everything he was doing, and prayed with me. I couldn't believe it. Right there at the counter, in the middle of a busy afternoon at the store, in front of other customers patiently waiting this man prayed with me. I was blown away by his compassion, his empathy and his faith. I will forever be grateful for his kinds words, his prayer and his help. I will be back to the Sandusky Napa store and will be asking for this young man. When I asked his name he told me it was Adam. When I asked for the manager so I could sing his praises, he told me he was the store manager. I am so impressed with his kindness, his thoughtfulness and his sweet words. He blessed me more than I could ever say thankful. God bless Adam because he blessed me!
