I went in for a fill on my acrylic nails and some of my nails had lifted so there was fungus. She, Tiffany did not remove the nail and clean up the nail. She just proceeded to fill it. I also asked about the chrome finish, she had they had it but never offered it to me. They were busy, but to fill several nails with fungus? I am in shock that it even happened. Beware of this technician! She has big clientele but no reason whatsoever to send someone out the door knowing without addressing the fungus!

Don’t waste your money or time! The results are horrible and expensive. The manager was very nice, but willing to allow this.

Went with group of women spent hefty amount for some fills and polish’s had to wait awhile. The girl doing my nails was very young didn’t care to listen to shape I like I ended up filing them myself while being told I had to move and wait for someone else to come paint my nails! Then when cashing out paying $169 dollars and leaving a 20% tip even though I was not impressed . Here my sister who was with me was still getting her nails worked on said she could tell they were complaining because the tip was not large enough for all even though it was a 20% tip! I am not one to not tip good! But better believe ur bottom dollar after hear that and not being impressed with how my nails were I will not be returning or ever tipping well again! Greedy, rude and not professional! Poor Business!!!! It’s all about hurry rush for the next dollar in their chair!!!!

Came in as a walk in for a full set. Got the older man, immediately he seemed impatient. But I gave him a chance n let him do my nails. He was annoyed the entire time, and when I asked him to make them slightly sharper (because the nails were honestly not the same shape) he was instantly rude and annoyed. This was obviously an uncomfortable situation. I ended up paying 77 dollars for a mid french tip. Oh well. But I will not go back nor recommend this place.

My girlfriend was switched from having the person doing her nails to someone else bc a regular walked in. It took over 1 1/2 hours once switched while the original person doing her nails had did 2 people at that time. Wont be back.
Nails did come out good other than one set being longer than the other

We were there last week for 2 pedicures, my 8 yr old (very well behaved) came to just hang with my friend and I as a girls day. They were so annoyed that I brought her. When asked how many pedicures the lady's attitude totally changed when I said 2 (adults). When my daughter tried to sit on my lap they made her move. She was upset and pulled her knees to her chest in another chair and another worker yelled again at her for putting her feet on their seats. So if you're looking to do a girls day with a kid, go somewhere else.

My first impression was the smell. Nasty! The person who did my nails spoke little English. He cut my cuticles and shaped my nails, then polished them. Not all the services on their board are avalible. It cost $37 for this manicure, no massage. There are a few tiny bubbly places in the gel but overall very nice. Haven't received many compliments on them.

Decided to ignore the reviews and just try it since it was a Sunday and I was limited on options. First mistake. I came in asking for the ombré inspiration photo. Started out strong until he used the airbrush machine to ombré. It wasn’t working very well and I was getting sprayed between nails when going to set the machine down. They then tried a new technique, which didn’t blend, making it look like I just painted my nails two colors. I ended up asking to just cover it up with all pink, and add a flower or charm because plain nails I could’ve done at home by myself. This was the flower drawn on. Worker was nice enough to only charge for the acrylic full set, no design, which was $64. These still don’t look anywhere near $64 nails. I am extremely disappointed and never get my nails done so this was my treat to myself. Please read the reviews and caution getting your nails done here.

I called in advance and made an appointment they took me early, which I was thrilled. That excitement didn't last long when I sat in a chair waiting for my pedicure. One girl came over did a partial pedicure, then it was time for a tag team. Ridiculous! Two hours later I finally escaped! (I had nothing fancy done) Won't go back!

The guy that did my nails kept sanding the skin on my fingers with his dremel, and seemed annoyed when I pulled my hand away in pain. He did this several times, and behaved as if I was overreacting. It was weird.
Pedicure was less than basic.
Overall poor customer service, uncomfortable chairs, lackluster quality
