Terrible service, horrible customer services, they lie about everything. They lie about their phone prices, accessory prices, and phone models. I went in to get a new 5g device and they sold me a Samsung 4g and swore it was 5g. I will never be returning to this store. I would rather go to the second metro store by five guys. They don’t lie, they fix all the issues and they aren’t rude to you.

I want to leave a wonderful review for Katie at the Metro store on Perkins Ave. I love the service that she gives. Every month that I pay my bill she always greats you with a smile. Her customer service is amazing. Katie is very patient. I have watched her give different customer give the same wonderful attention that I have received while waiting for my turn. I give Katie a 10 ⭐ review. She is definitely an asset to your company!!! Thank you Katie!
