My daughter recently took her Chrysler Van in to trade for a 2018 -7 passenger Explorer 4x4 at Matthews Ford in Sandusky Ohio, Justin Greenberg was her sales person. He put her last payment for her trade onto her new car adding extra to her payments. And then didn't take her trade. She was told.... Well I guess your stuck with 2 vehicles for a month. And to top it off she got home and the Explorer is a 4x2 , not a 4x4 as she requested. Our family has purchase several new vehicles there over the years and because of their decline in customer care, we have purchased our 3 new Ford vehicles last year from Sharpnack Ford. I told her not to go to Matthews Ford In Sandusky Ohio.
