They will lie directly to your face and then hold your prescriptions hostage and when you try and transfer to a different pharmacy they are petty and refused to do it.

I would give this pharmacy zero stars if it was an option. They have held my mother in laws meds back past their refill date. She seen her Dr on the 20th Jan 2025 he gave her 8 days to tide her over until the 28th of Jan. Pharmacist was not happy she got a partial so is making her wait until 25th Feb. Her refill was dated Jan 28th. Make it make sense. They have lied to my face over this situation. Said there was no refill. Had me calling her Drs thinking it hadn't been sent. Turns out she had the refill just didn't want to fill it. My MIL is a stroke victim we do have issues with her medication but to cut her off isn't the answer. The Pharmacist won't release it leaving the Dr powerless. She said she is the gate keeper of drugs 😕😱😐 My MIL has been going through withdrawals that can potentially be lethal. Its sad and heartless. If anything happens to her Kroger is going to have a huge lawsuit on their hands!!

Always very friendly. They accept various companies' discount coupons. They even check to make sure you receive the best pricing. Really appreciate the drive up option.

They never have my full script in so I gotta come back the next day they r understaffed let's not talk about there customer service them girls at the registers half of them are childish...so sick of rude ppl at Kroger's !!!!

Took to forever to let me know that they did not have the prescription my child needed. Had to wait until the next day to pick it up. Otherwise friendly staff

Worst pharmacy I've ever used they don't deserve the 1 star I was forced to give them there is a girl that works there she's extremely rude and they never have my meds EVER I have wait and come back multiple times to get it

Go some where else and save yourself the aggravation. Unprofessional and lacking to say the least. Would love to support hometown companies...but they pushed me straight to their competitors.
