Caleb assisted me when I was there twice and was extremely helpful and friendly!!! There was also another gentleman there that when I had dropped off my car drove me back home, which was a service I didn't know was offered!! Overall extremely happy and will recommend others to go here for service! ☺️

My college daughter needed a new vehicle entering her last year of school. We live near Cincinnati, but found the type of vehicle she was looking for at Ken Ganley Buick GMC in Sandusky. It was a holiday (July 4th) when we reached out online - Mike Owens texted us that same day and even stopped by the dealership on his day off to take a video inspection of the car for us to see it virtually!
It was well worth the 3 hour drive to purchase the vehicle. Mike Owens worked with us every step of the process and made the purchasing experience easy for us. Even after the sale, he has been a great partner to my daughter and myself ensuring she's completely happy with her new GMC Terrain - Mike truly has gone above & beyond and we'll definitely contact him first next time were in the market for a vehicle.

I shopped at three dealerships. At two of them, I was given a price WAY out of my range and told "I'm sorry. That's the best I can do. You won't get anything better anywhere else". Mike at Ganley took the time to listen to me and find solutions. I told him how much I had to put down, my monthly payment budget, and that I didn't want to take my old car home. We brainstormed together and got it done. I drove home in an amazing new car.
