Always pleasant to visit. It's a good-sized store, with a good selection. The clearance section in particular is a treasure trove, if you've got time to sort through it. It's a smaller store in a smaller town, so of course you can't always find everything, but it's great for most of your crafting needs. Every time I've needed to ask a staff member for help, they've been great. You'll also save quite a bit if you download the app and use the coupons!

Went to buy yarn that showed in stock in the app. Worker was not helpful and kept insisting they would NEVER get the quantity it showed and THEY DONT HAVE IT and was rude about it. I notice 2 days later the quantity has gone down when I checked again. So I do an online order. I go to pick it up and low and behold the exact same worker who was rude. She was rude when she brought it out. I used to like shopping at Joanne’s, I’ll shop elsewhere now.

Prices higher than other stores with same item. Couldn't find my account, so no coupon was available. Cashier didn't offer to give me any coupons. Went here due to convenience.
