“Was only in the store for a few minutes, yet I was asked 3 times if I needed any assistance. Over the last few years, I've migrated from shopping at Lowe's and frequent Home Depot much more often. Better service, veteran discounts and selection.”
“I haven't been shopping recently. However, my husband was there last week. In the past 10+ years, I've utilized the VET services for 3 of our dogs. I've purchased numerous (read LOTS) of items there. The store is always clean and tidy. The Staff has always friendly been friendly and helpful. I've never experienced a problem. In fact, I became ill while shopping and they called my husband. One of the Staff stayed with me until he arrived. I consider them one of my "go to" stores.”
“There were only three lanes open, which resulted in a busy environment and longer wait times. It might be helpful to increase the number of open lanes during peak hours to improve the overall experience.”

I made arrangements with Assistant Manager Amanda W. to setup so he could call in for my purchases & securely pay over the phone. I also purchased a Kolbalt weed Wacker. The battery stopped charging. I called in & she said no problem & had one waiting in customer service. Thank you for great customer service.”
