The mail tech seemed very annoyed that I wanted my acrylics off and gel put on my nails. Made the whole appointment after that not enjoyable.

I question the cleanliness of the tools they use. I once saw a set of tools come out in a plastic tray with a paper towel under the tools...the paper towel was filthy!

Went to Hollywood Nails in Sandusky and thought it was ok. They charged me $72 for a pedi and a manicure with polish . Went back 4 weeks later and was charged $92 for the sand service. Will not go back
