I wanted to try Great Clips again after many 1st time stylists worked on me which made me not come for years. I get the app to cut down on line wait for to have 5 people be pushed in front of me (only 2 checked in online) when there was no waiting list when I checked-in. After waiting 30 mins to see the walk in that came after me be seated, I left. I brought a book so I am fine with waiting, but there was too much bombastic side eye at me from the stylists for them not to be aware of what was going on.

They are not skilled in short hair cut and don’t admit it and answers with abnormal behavior with the customer.

I got my haircut there and I showed the barber pictures before and told him i wanna keep my hair a little long then he cut it too short and said thats what u wanted, didn’t even clean the hair on my face and neck, it was the worst experience
