Omar was wonderful to work with. He is very responsive, courteous, knowledgeable and professional. He made the process smooth. He isn't pushy and doesn't play tricks like some salesman may do. He had our Carfax ready when we got there with the maintenance records and got the car lifted so we could view the undercarriage of the car. He was very patient with us and our requests. I'd recommend him to anyone. Thank you for helping my son and I find his first car.

What a professional and reputable dealership. I bought from out of town, which presents its own challenges. There were no surprises. Transparent pricing, quick follow up, great execution and follow through and accommodated my asks. During the transaction itself they were wonderful to my kids and family, it was low pressure, great getting through finance, and Dalton my sales rep has just been stellar, showcasing excellence through the entire process. I can't recommend them enough..if you are buying from out of town or out of state...know you can travel with confidence that there are no "gotcha's" when you get there.

I recently purchased a 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee from their Norwalk location. I posted a five star review for that location and my experience. The day after I took the vehicle home, I was having issues with what I believed to be the serpentine belt. The Norwalk location agreed to pay for a local Jeep dealer to look at it. Of course, it would not make the noise for someone else. When I would take it home, it would continue to make the noise for me. The Norwalk location asked for me to reach out to the Sandusky (Firelands Jeep) location. They had me drop off my vehicle and looked at it. Once again, it would not make the noise. In conclusion, they agreed to fix the serpentine belt. I am 100% satisfied with both the Norwalk AND Sandusky locations. I HIGHLY recommend for you or someone you know looking to purchase a vehicle from either location!

Friendly customer service folks. They even washed my car! I highly recommend Firelands Auto. Both Sales and Service folks were great. Nice waiting area. They got me coffee. Devan helped me set up the navigation system. My new used car.

I had a deer hit and total my vehicle. I came to Firelands dodge dealership on strub rd. to see what they had in stock. Stephanie came up to me with great energy and a positive vibe. I told her about my situation and what I was looking for. Stephanie went above and beyond to find the car that fit mine and my three boys needs. When I passed on a car she went on to find the next car for me. I’m a single mom so durning the process of all of this I had three of my little boys with me. She was patient and kind and interacted with my boys. She helped install the car seats before we test drove. She was just great and when I ever need another car again in the future, Stephanie and Charlie are my go to salesman. Those two work together as a team unlike some who steals cars up from others. Great job Stephanie and Charlie!

"Just looking" turned into a very nice purchase event for us. We had visited the lot on Labor Day and noticed a nice looking Toyota Highlander. Not really in the market for another vehicle, (we have 4 already) we thought it wouldn't hurt to LOOK. Returned on Friday that week and it was still there so it must have been meant to be. Upon arrival a very personable and polite young man Deven approached us and asked if we had any questions. Of course that led to a test drive and then a conference on how we could take this car home. Paperwork was completed quickly and it now sits in our driveway! Would like to encourage anyone that is 'looking' or not to stop by and just say hi to the people there.
