UPDATE: WAS TOLD TO REACH OUT TO SOCIAL MEDIA AND GUESS WHAT THEY RESOLVED....NOTHING
I am cutting ties with this bank. Friday was the last straw. Making someone go all weekend without money if crazy. On Friday morning, I deposited money through the atm and it took it without depositing it in my account. The door kept opening and shutting and every time I went to go try to get my money the door shut on my hand. At noon, I went into the bank regarding this issue and they had to make a dispute and told me I had to wait one to two days before anything could be done. Izabella (the banker) even saw the error in the transaction history and did nothing to try to give it back or anything. Here it is Sunday and I still have no money. I wanted to start Christmas shopping and couldn't. I wanted to pay a bill and couldn't do that. That was all the money I had that the ATM took. I will be going back to PNC Bank. They would have gave me a provisional credit while looking into it. They won't let you go without.

I dont recommend that anyone use this bank. When I signed up with them, I opted out of overdrafting. Then, an autopayment I forgot I had set up tried to take out. Instead of declining the payment like they should have they sent it through and sent my account into the negative. Now I can't open with any other bank until I get this resolved. Called customer service to be hung up on before I even got off hold 4 times. Went into the branch building just to be sitting waiting for a banker for 20min. To the point where I just left. On top of that one of the bankers was just standing there chit chatting with the girls up front. Absolutely terrible company

I have never experienced worse customer service. They don’t answer the phone (which is fine, I know it’s a busy place) but when I come into the bank, everyone behind the counter is just standing there looking miserable (not busy at all, by the way). No one greets you, no one smiles. Jill proceeded to roll her eyes at me when I let her know why I was there- and she couldn’t help resolve my issue- she also couldn’t explain their guidelines to eliminate the issue I am having moving forward. Jill was also very loudly talking about personal info and other clients. I’m not surprised 5/3 banks are closing locations. go elsewhere with your business is appreciated

This bank does NOT stand behind their checks and their fraud department is completely inept.In the time Isabella was chatting away on the phone while another branch manager was trying to reach her, the account holder was hit with more fraudulent activity.Additionally to cash a check written on their own bank they wanted to charge me $4,536.64 and the will not convert to a bank/ cashiers check when there is plenty of money in the account.Shame on this bank.Find a better bank.

Some of the bankers don’t understand confidentiality and just read my information out loud. Yeah, I’m broke, not everyone else needs to know??Other than that friendly people.

My husband and I always go through Emily for everything we need. She is amazing! She will spend time helping us with a situation even if it does not directly benefit Fifth Third. Emily is always our go to because she actually cares about her client’s outcomes!

I have been using this bank for over ten years and have always been pleased with the service; even with the covid19 they still kept the lobby open for in person transactions when many others are only doing drive thru service. They greet cheerfully and quickly and happily render the needed help. It must also be remembered this is a national bank so all services are available cross country if something needs to be handled while on vacation.
