Horrible customer service at the front. Attitude from woman because she was addressed as “Mam” and we (strangers) did not use her name. Rejected our 4 year old child to use their public restroom, during our purchase, and discriminated against us because we used the word “mam”. Unbelievable and I hope that is not the normal representation of CVS.

Pharmacy is poorly-run operations-wise. "Returned my prescription to stock" not even 4 hours after I called to confirm they had it, could not communicate that. Pharmacy tech lacks basic communications skills and was rude. Failed to utilize discount coupon.Gained second star because the pharmacist himself was very kind, understanding, and helpful. Techs desparately need customer service training.

I literally got there at 855 to get Advil for my sick infant and watched a girl walk to lock the door when I pulled in. Thanks for nothing and for being a you know what. What goes around comes around and I will be calling corporate to report this.

I am not familiar with Sandusky Ohio and I am not familair with it's good or bad neighborhoods but after spending a great day of doing what tourist do in Sandusky, I stopped at this CVS. If you stop here have situational awarness. The two older ladies working the counter seemed nervous, scared, and extremely rude to me and my family. Also slim pickings on inventory.

Pharmacist L Spicer acts as if she has the authority to make changes (as in stopping or starting) your medication as she deems necessary, without consulting your physician first!These types of changes can have serious effects on your health. Futhermore, she does not posess the professionalism nor the "common" courtesy to inform you about any action she has taken with your medication, you are left to find out on your own.On the other hand, the male Pharmacist who has been there on occasion is a delight to interact with and is a professional on every level that she is NOT!!

I visited this store to pick up a few snacks for the hotel while visiting Cedar Point amusement park. It was close by and had everything I needed. Along with the savings card and coupons I received, I also saved $3 of my purchase. The associates were friendly. As I was leaving I noticed the decal in the window. I was pleased to see that I was shopping at and supporting a UFCW Union store.
