This is a nice Cricket store. I went here and was satisfied with my experience. I came here to pick up a new phone to replace my broken one. The man assisting me was very nice and explained everything well. This store also has chargers, speakers, headphones, and aux cables for sale. Cricket also has a promotion going on where you can get a free HBO Max subscription with ads if you get a certain cell phone plan, which I thought was pretty cool. There are also demo phones of what Cricket sales that you can play around on. There are also employees here that speak Spanish. I gave this Cricket store five stars because I received excellent service here.

I would like to say that Sandusky,Oh Cricket Wireless has the best Consumer Service that I have seen in a very long time - Beth is amazing!! I had problems for days trying to get Google speech off of my phone wanted to cry ha ha - Went in store she was busy with other consumers - recognize my presence, said she will be with me shortly - pleasant voice .cool. calm.and collective.. Told her the problem.. she had it solved under 10 mins if that! Thank you so much Beth!! Her and Moses are Awesome !!Cricket Wireless is the place to be Highly Recommend!! ...STAN WOOTEN Jr
