Aaron and Mercedes were trying to help me with a core refund, but the technology had other plans. They elevated the issue to Martin, the Store Manager the next day and it was easily taken care of. Excellent job in taking measures to make sure a potentially rough situation was taken care of, one way or another. And tell Auto Zone Corporate to fix their tech. ? Thanks again guys!

I bought my rear brake rotor and pads from this store. The gentleman working there, I apologize I did not get his name... HE WAS FANTASTIC. I did my brake job right there in the parking lot (yes, you read that correctly)... and he helped me with any and every tool I needed and was a great resource for me to be able to get the job done. Despite all the hiccups I came up against during the job. Thank you and God Bless!

Had a truck battery die while on vacation. Martin the manager was so helpful. Get me a good battery and even installed it. I appreciate the team for getting me fixed up.

Martin is hands down the best. He replaced my bulbs and came up with a solution to my problem. He was very helpful, caring and just an amazing guy. I will definitely be coming back because of him. I went in and he ended up selling me more things. He even put that on my car as well.

Thanks to helpful tech Aaron I was able to get a low beam bulb installed in my car headlights for free. He also went extra mile and gave me some cash from his wallet since I fell a little short. The other night I got pulled over, but now I am ready and legal thanks to Aaron!

My aunts car battery died in a parking lot and once we got a jump we went straight there and they immediately got us a battery and replaced it for us. Awesome guys

Martin B. is a star employee. Friendly, helper and knowledgeable. He seems like a genuine hardworking guy who was more than eager to help me out in a small crisis. I walked in with a dead battery at a local hotel. He took me to my car and changed my battery for me. Martin sheen my vacation.

I had a caliper bilt issue while at Cedar Point on Labor day. Martin at Autozone took the time to find a solution that got me back on the road home on a holiday after 6pm. Great service!

We were traveling today on the Ohio Turnpike when our system charging light came on. The next exit was Sandusky. We decided to stop at AutoZone for diagnostics. It turned out to be the alternator. Since we were from out of town we asked if they could recommend a mechanic. Big Jim (as they called him) offered to call some places for us. The third place he called said they could fit us in. We were so grateful for Jim's help!!
