“Great service here. More efficient to go in and schedule, rather than over the phone. Shop doesn't look like much on the outside, but the talent inside is fantastic. Also, if you have a valuable car there for a couple of days, I definitely prefer a discreet shop than something that draws attention. Great prices, fantastic work. “Recently was given a old SUV - went to get it checked out and as an older person, I appreciated the mechanic's thoroughness and honesty. Found out it wasn't really worth much more than the oil changed I already paid for lol, to the point where he said on the invoice "VEHICLE IS NOT DRIVEABLE" - so I got rid of it. As I said, I appreciated the honesty and fair price for an inspection. Actually, the prices he had written down for the numerous problems at a minimum were decent in my opinion, even what I might call low prices - but it was a 23 yr old vehicle so nah.”

“My Mini Cooper broke down at my niece's graduation party at 5pm on a Saturday night stranding us in Ohio. Nick answered the call and we are so thankful. He went in on Sunday to diagnose the problem & stayed late to complete the repair. 10 miles into our drive back to Georgia, a hose clamp broke. At 7am (3 hours before he opens), Nick helped dx the issue. He had us on the road by 10am with Mini running great. This is the place to go if you are live near Sandusky.”

“Back in the 2000's my vehicle fleet was 8 to 10 years old and needed auto repairs at times and went to Jim's to get parts that were available from other cars great experience. When dealing with this establishment back then he always seemed to put the customer first and went the extra mile.
Haven't had the need to go back and have any service or parts as my fleet of vehicles has gotten newer.
Had a issue recently with a engine problem contacted Jim the new exactly the fix and quoted price could get me in right away. Took the vehicle over and he repaired the vehicle in a timely manner went the extra mile and installed Factory parts. When questioning him about issues with this type of engine he was more than eager to help explain preventative measures to keep the car running for a very long time.
He seems to be a very hard worker which is rare. And still seems to put the customers first. I paid for my purchase and gave him a tip just because he cares. Thanks Bud.”

“We had a customer of ours that was in an accident and got a quote from Precision Body & Frame. They went with another shop for less money. However, the other shop didn't take photos they needed for the claim. Not only did precision keep the photos but sent them over for the customer to help process their claim free of charge. These guys are doing the right things for the right reasons. That's worth extra money and can be the difference between getting your claim paid quickly and the claim being a hassle.”
“Was having battery problems with my car. I wasn't aware they did auto batteries, amongst many other kinds of vehicles, and gadgets. Alissa had my battery put in and I was gone in under 30 minutes. Highly recommend.”

“"Just looking" turned into a very nice purchase event for us. We had visited the lot on Labor Day and noticed a nice looking Toyota Highlander. Not really in the market for another vehicle, (we have 4 already) we thought it wouldn't hurt to LOOK. Returned on Friday that week and it was still there so it must have been meant to be. Upon arrival a very personable and polite young man Deven approached us and asked if we had any questions. Of course that led to a test drive and then a conference on how we could take this car home. Paperwork was completed quickly and it now sits in our driveway! Would like to encourage anyone that is 'looking' or not to stop by and just say hi to the people there. “I own a Benz, a Toyota, a ford tuck, and a jeep. Anything that happens with these vehicles. One stop does an amazing job taking care of and I also get to keep my arm and leg too.!!!!! I really appreciate them seeking parts the way they do. they don't just get the easiest part they are willing to dig and find one that will be better for me in the long run and for my pocket. I send my family and friends here because I know they will deal with them as family as well :) Kip is an expert mechanic and will not go fixing stuff that doesn't need it.
