“I left Sandusky for 8 years and after moving back, I didn't have a mechanic that I knew and could trust. A buddy of mine recommended NGC. Nick took care of my issue at a fair price and in a timely manner. I still wasn't sure if this was the place I was going to be taking my car issues to all the time. “Recently was given a old SUV - went to get it checked out and as an older person, I appreciated the mechanic's thoroughness and honesty. Found out it wasn't really worth much more than the oil changed I already paid for lol, to the point where he said on the invoice "VEHICLE IS NOT DRIVEABLE" - so I got rid of it. As I said, I appreciated the honesty and fair price for an inspection. Actually, the prices he had written down for the numerous problems at a minimum were decent in my opinion, even what I might call low prices - but it was a 23 yr old vehicle so nah.”
“The service manager, He knew in a circle trip around the parking lot what was wrong. He said yea your sway bars are wore out there plastic and they wear out here I’ll show you! He reached in grabbed ahold of something and shook it, said yea. These plastic ones wear out! He said ultimately it’s cheaper to upgrade to steel then they don’t wear out! What a beast! The repair plus an oil change was 500 dollars less than my last 2 estimates! And it drives beautifully. Recommend 1000 percent!”
“Came to them this past summer to get my TH350 trans rebuilt on my 78 regal not only did they do a good job but had it done in 2 days. “Back in the 2000's my vehicle fleet was 8 to 10 years old and needed auto repairs at times and went to Jim's to get parts that were available from other cars great experience. When dealing with this establishment back then he always seemed to put the customer first and went the extra mile.
Haven't had the need to go back and have any service or parts as my fleet of vehicles has gotten newer.
Had a issue recently with a engine problem contacted Jim the new exactly the fix and quoted price could get me in right away. Took the vehicle over and he repaired the vehicle in a timely manner went the extra mile and installed Factory parts. When questioning him about issues with this type of engine he was more than eager to help explain preventative measures to keep the car running for a very long time.
He seems to be a very hard worker which is rare. And still seems to put the customers first. I paid for my purchase and gave him a tip just because he cares. Thanks Bud.”

“My car was making a lot of loud noises and my car is a 2008 Jeep Liberty. I just called and asked them if I could drop it off. Of course they said yes. Mind you I am a woman and later that afternoon I received a phone call with great news. My car was ready and it was just loose bolts underneath. What a relief. If you want a great group of trustworthy guys I suggest you give them a try. I don’t think you will be disappointed. I couldn’t thank them enough!!”

“We had a customer of ours that was in an accident and got a quote from Precision Body & Frame. They went with another shop for less money. However, the other shop didn't take photos they needed for the claim. Not only did precision keep the photos but sent them over for the customer to help process their claim free of charge. These guys are doing the right things for the right reasons. That's worth extra money and can be the difference between getting your claim paid quickly and the claim being a hassle.”

“Was in the middle of doing a brake job on my Jeep when one of the chrome lug nuts "spun" on me trying to take it off. I knew I didn't have the tools to extract the nut so I gave PRO Automotive a call. To make a long story short thirty minutes later they had the offending lug nut off saving me hours of hassle.”

“Had a tire failure 600 miles from home, on the way to an event at Summit Motorsports Park. A new tire was ordered with just a phone call, and I arrived the next day to pick up the new mounted tire.
I asked to use the stores floor jack to swap the spare but couldn't allow that for liability reasons. (I understand)
