The new manager dude in Sandusky, Scott, is the best person I've dealt with in a long time!! His friendliness and professionalism was refreshing. I hate when people beat around the bush with sales and Scott is very straigh-to-the-point.

I recently rented a unit at all american mini storage, I searched around before settling and all I can say is the lady there, Lisa, was amazing at showing us the unit, explaining everything like when the rent is due, when a late due would be processed and assured us the property has cameras and that made us feel at ease. Thank you Lisa for the kind hospitality!

Keeps calling someone else, despite multiple attempts to change the phone number. Leaves a phone number the contacts the cell of a former (fortunately amicable) employee. I don’t know how to actually get ahold of these guys, because I just keep being forwarded to this poor lady who has probably been dealing with this constantly! I’ve went through their call center multiple times over the past few months, but nothing changes. The information keeps reverting to the outdated stuff, I guess. Evidently due dates changed months back, but they have been contacting someone else, and when I try to get ahold of them, I am constantly forwarded to someone who used to work there!

Recently visited and rented storage.Jenny is incredibly nice, knowledgeable, helpful and went so far above and beyond to help us choose the perfect unit. Good location. Definitely will recommend to anyone looking for storage.

Kathy is great to deal with at the All American. She was very friendly and helpful in getting everything setup quickly for our storage unit. The facility has lots of security cameras onsite and is well maintained. We had zero issues with storing our belongings while in-between houses. I highly recommend them. Be sure to ask for Kathy!
