I had my window replaced after someone broke into my car through the rear passenger window. I got an appointment quickly and the service was finished fast but the technician left broken glass inside my door. It rattles when opening/closing my door and it makes an awful sound when rolling the window up/down due to the broken glass scratching against my new window. Would not recommend getting serviced here

Awesome people had my glass put in two hours after dropping off very respectful and loads of positive energy if I ever need someone to fix my car window I will definitely be calling them back thank you guys

I got a crack in my windshield from a rock hitting it. I called my insurance agent, and they put in a claim. I went to Butler Auto Glass(Adkins auto glass). I took it to them and I was happy with the installation. My new windshield cracked 3 weeks after it was installed. I was told it was either a stress fracture or an impact. When I went back for them to check, they insisted it was an impact. They said it was from the windshield wiper, but it wasn't near the metal part. They claimed that the spot was the impact, but it was on the inside! My insurance had paid for it, so I contacted my agent again. They put in a second claim. We decided to go with Safelite for the new one. When I got to Safelite, I asked the guy to check out the windshield. He looked at it and immediately said it was a stress fracture. There wasn't an impact. And the glass was uneven. He also confirmed that the chip that was seen WAS on the inside. Plus, he said that the rubber wiper wouldn't break it. It might if it was under the metal arm. The cause was little to no silicone under the window. I gave Butler a chance to make it right, but they dismissed me. I would NOT recognize Butler. I hope my insurance company changes their relationship with this business.

Was charged over $100 more than the estimate, will never use this company again......make.sure you get the estimate in writing

Staff is nice enough, but when they received my replacement mirror and i pulled in to have it installed they discovered the wrong part was shipped to them by the supplier.I work seasonally at cedar point where i only get one day off a week, and their supplier's negligence has given me at least an additional 6 days of being unable to get my mirror replaced!I am also upset about the obnoxiously large concrete barriers in what i suppose are parking spots. My car tapped one, but luckily a car wash should fix me up. (No penalty for this).I believe that while the issue is out of their hands, it will be fair to take one star off and i will issue a five-star rating upon installing my mirror.

Progressive Insurance called them up while I was on the road traveling for a chipped windshield and they got me taken care of in less than 30 minutes. Highly recommend the fast service and kindness of the staff!
