Your new location stinks! And the parking lot is a congested mess.The plus is the AAA employee who helped us was very nice & helpful. She did have to move a co-worker, who was on a lengthy personal call, out of the way so she could ring us up in the computer. We did get what we came for.

Excellent service from AAA. I was able to easily receive roadside assistance, in a timely fashion, with the service gentlemen easily unlocking my car after my keys became locked inside. The knowledgeable guy arrived quickly to my car within 25 minutes, and feasibly jumped the battery. I was operational again in a matter of minutes, and grateful for my AAA plan and services rendered.

Great office with helpful employees. I'd traveled into Ohio and bought Cedar Point tickets online at their website, but had no printer to print them. They went above and beyond by offering to print the tickets for me just to be sure we could get into the park. Thank you AAA Sandusky!

Roadside assistance is a ripoff. They refuse to tow your vehicle more than once for a service issue. Whats the point of giving "premium" members 200 miles of towing if we dont get to use them?? Im not a tourist, im a local.

We always use AAA Sandusky for our travel needs, especially international. Christie is especially good, but Robin is, too. We highly recommend the personal service they give us.

I wish that I could give negative stars! I am devastated! We went to AAA to book our honeymoon/elopement, what a HUGE MISTAKE. We worked with Julie, explained our situation and what we were looking for. She made promises after promises... assured us that we could move dates if we needed as our price was locked in. And she convinced us to buy trip insurance (at $300) just in case. What a joke! It was more like LIE AFTER LIE! Not only about their policies but other things as well. She delayed passing info along and the info she did share was wrong! The long and short is that we had to move things around, move it back only to be told that it would cost us an additional $1000.00. And the kicker if we cancel all together we lose the entire amount we already paid into the trip. So no honeymoon for us... unless of course we want to take it 6-12 months after we get married. Thanks AAA for ruining what was supposed to be a special day for us. Please if you are reading this and you are planning a trip that is in anyway important to you... PLEASE, PLEASE GO ANYWHERE BUT AAA to book it!

The AAA office in Sandusky is our go-to place for travel, and my husband and I have traveled all over the world. Robin, the manager, and Christy our travel agent are both very knowledgeable and dependable. We moved from Sandusky to Chicago and still come to the Sandusky AAA for our travel needs.
