It was one of the only 7 11 in sandusky. Definitely not updated like NY but it was coffee AMEN!! Not somewhere i'd probably hang out at alone at night lol but, it was a close nit neighborhood I'll just say that.

Have nothing to complain about. Very convenient to be able to come here while other stores are closed. Guys at the counter have always been helpful. Like I said, I have nothing to complain about here. 5 stars all the way.

The only 7-Eleven I routinely visit, albeit rarely. They now have rewards which is really nice.
I'm not in the area frequently or I would go here more.

Terrible place. Promo said 3 for $6 and the I take a photo and show the guy. The promotion is clearly labeled and he says he can't sell me the items for that. Because He doesn't know the system and can't ring them up like that. Guy was as crabby as can be to several customers.

Absolute rippoff i went there for fill your own cup day and they said no even though it met all of the requirements, the cup was about the size of a jackolantern as it looked on the sign. Also the workers were mean and looked dirty.

I love this place. Great stop for everything you need. They have an ATM, too. It's clean and the people are nice, too.

I was working doordash last night and had an order come through for this store. My experience was absolutely awful. The man was rude from the start. He finished the order and I had gotten another order for the same place so I told him I was also grabbing that. He said you need to wait we're busy. I told him ok. Then he gathers my second order hands me the bag I look through I was missing an item. Went to the counter told the men working. They both instantly started arguing with me. Then stated the customer ordered something they don't have said it was the customers fault. They should of came in themselves and got it instead of doordashing. I'll never be back.

There is an employee there who is horrible every time I go in there. I am a door dash driver and when I go in there to pick up an order he always slams the order down and has nothing nice to say. I understand people have bad days but that is no excuse when your in a customer service position..

Every time I come in here, the experience is always horrible. Bad customer service, customers cutting in line and getting away with it, and people always yelling for no reason. Place sucks!
