Salem Woodforest bank is awesome. They are very very friendly and they treat their customers as their own family. The girls always takes their time out of what they’re doing to help their customers with what they need and help understand with what they want and need. They’re always wanting to make sure their customers walk away Happy and Satisfied.

Love this bank. Always attended to quickly and they get the job done. Been with them for about 8 yrs and never had a problem. I see all my friends accounts getting hacked all the time, but NOT WoodForest! Excellent in my book!

I am currently standing at your location an the hours online for the Salem location an there is no one to be found. Your hours say you are open til 6 pm it’s currently 5:05 pm why am I not being attended too

I would recommend Woodforest because of my experience at the Salem branch. The tellers are thorough and kind. They answer my banking questions without making me feel ignorant. They alway get me through quickly. My experience here with this manager has been wonderful.

I think it's really important people know just how bad the bank is since dan died. It's a corporate store and that means if you have a problem you stuck with it because the only kind of help you can get is an insulting dear John letter about how nothing is their fault. This store is the definition of lieing,cheating and not taking responsibility. I guess go here if you enjoy the tellers always being tardy, disappearing and my favorite, telling you they cant help you if you show up one minuite late.
