Purchased 4 tires in 2022 at this store. Got a flat last September and they serviced the flat tire. The tire they plugged is now leaking. Went in to get fixed and was told I needed a new tire so instead of having 3 tires almost worn out, I wanted all 4 replaced same tire and brand that they themselves had installed be put on. They were unable at noon on Sunday. I made a appointment for 3 on Monday. Went in and now they won't change the tires or fix the plugged tire that they did ! Talk about being left high and dry ! Never will they get my business again !

Self checkout is ultimately the ONLY way to checkout anymore which has its pros and cons like customer service is least important job duty anymore and honestly it’s things like that that is showing daily in today’s society.

This is one of the nicer Walmart stores. Staff is friendly and helpful. I've never had a difficult time with finding what I needed either in store or online for pickup. The parking lot is probably the worst part about it. Maybe it's just me though

I Don't like the new layout at all it was already hard enough to find stuff, now they make it even harder to get to the registers for checkout, deli is unstaffed wait around for over 10 minutes and nobody nowhere ?

In shambles. Could not find what I needed and employees did not show where it is at. They said, "it should be down this aisle or maybe the next aisle. It was not there and all I wanted was a simple hook & eye. It was very annoying and a big waste of my time and a loss of a sale for Walmart.

I worked at Walmart in Chippewa, PA. For 3 yrs…. Great place to work!

I live 30 minutes away from the store an I try to call to see if they have what I need before I drive there. They are very rude as in they never answer the phone. This has been going on for more than a year. They turn the ringers off. Very, very rude. I ordered the item from Amazon.
