when you order things online to be delivered to your house and they deliver to weong house and you email then 2x and they ignore you. delay your order 3x and never show and you call to try to figure out whats going on and they hang up on you. Just veto this place. not worth it in the slightest.

Just tried Walmart + for my first grocery store delivery. Only one of 35 items needed substitute...not bad. I declined the substitution because it wasn't close. Order was delivered on time, however They did not deliver half my order!!!!! They forgot 13 /34 items which included 2 gallons of milk! How? Processed the return online and proceeded to call the store.... NO ONE ANSWERS....not in PICKUP OR JUST ANY ASSOCIATE!!! I called 3 times with the same pathetic result!

so me and my brother took a trip to this walmart last night. mind you, we are young. i'm 18 and he's 21 in less than a month. he had wipes an diapers for his kids and pepsi and mtn dew, and all i had was a service card for my phone. this older skinny lady, WATCHED me and my brother checkout and pay for our things. she then proceeded to ask for our receipts and i highly questioned that because she wasn't checking ANYBODY else's receipts. but i said nothing and handed her mine and so did my brother. after that, we went to the subway in the walmart and then i watched this lady go over to one of those little office rooms and go talk to someone higher up. come to find out she was complaint about us for literally no reason cause she even had this other lady try and come check our receipts so we refused. we both raised our voices cause 1) why is she checking only our receipts but no one else's? 2) is this happening cause i'm "a delinquent?" . me and my brothers skin color is white, but we have quite a bit of tattoos, and we were wearing jordans. we were racially profiled. i highly don't recommend going to this walmart.edit: they are also low on stock for a lot of items and it takes days, sometimes almost 2 months for them to restock that item. horrible management, bad customer service, shelves are always empty, racist employees...i'll leave it to you to decide if you want to go to this horrid place

i have ordered both for pick up & delivery. on all but one, they have said certain items not available, such as bread, lunchmeats, canned items, french fries, etc. walk in store right after items placed in trunk & guess what?....there's everything i ordered they said they didn't have....loads of it. i have called corporate offices, i have complained to the store itself, gotten nowhere. send emails, no response. i wish i could have had a job where i got paid for just walking thru store looking for other's shopping list. i'm completely done with this store. while there are SOME very nice employees, the bad ones out number them.

Give two stars because Walmart is always go to store, but the customer service like all the hundreds of Walmart's I've visited and back again have very bad customer service, a lot of times they figure well there's nobody to tell, and they are right you expose them to their bosses and they sweep under the rug. You send it to corporate they don't care unless it's positive feedback. I'm not gonna go into detail but they know who is the ones that have bad attitudes.
