Just want to start by saying how good their customer service is. They are all very kind, especially a women named Tiff. She’s the best employee there, and I even asked to meet the owner. He’s a nice guy. These people are very good people and are very good at their job. If I ever need to mail a package, I’ll know where to go

I visit this store every week to ship to Amazon. My boxes get to Amazon every time. They have always been nice. Every person. I’m not sure about the people giving negative reviews but I have overheard while standing in line people get mad because they don’t understand shipping and take it out on the staff.

I go here often with Amazon returns, and they are always pleasant and eager to help.
And the service is QUICK!
I also help with a 501(c)(3), and the owner is very kind to us, even donating his print jobs to our animal shelter on occasion.

Only 2 of the employees are considerate, hence the 2 stars 1 for each.
Primarily one of the employees has horrible customer service, very rude & disrespectful. Almost every occurrence experienced from this location, she is unpleasant and unwelcoming.

Wouldn’t notarize my paper because it was “appointment only” and because “it was past notary hours” (it was 6:00 and they close at 6:30). Online says walk is fine and nothing about notary hours. Haven’t had a problem with walk ins in any other ups notary I have been to.

I go to this drop-off location at least once a week. Never once have I ever had a problem. In fact, nothing but fast and friendly service from everyone of the employees.As for the other bad reviews I’ve read on here… mirrors scare some people when they realize they’re the problem. Chances are they didn’t like what they heard because THEY in fact didn’t read the rules of return by either Amazon or the seller that they purchased from. Also, their grammar and punctuation reveals a lot about them as well.This place is 5-Star all day long.

I brought an Amazon return as it was shipped to my house (unpacked, it just had a sticker stuck on it with a tiny piece of plastic wrapping in the center) and they told me I couldn’t return it unless it was wrapped up completely with Saran Wrap and that I had to attach the packing label to it to return it. This is a nearly $200 car part that doesn’t fit my car and now I am severely inconvenienced trying to find a way to wrap this thing so maybe, just maybe I can get my money back to get the correct thing. I had to take it all of the way back home from the store to do so. Mind you the shipping directions from Amazon (of which I’ve read thoroughly twice over) says nothing about having to package the item, especially since it came without a package in the first place.This dilemma would’ve only been half as bad if the customer service wasn’t so atrocious.
