When my husband passed away, we had planned on sending him to NEOMED, but he had a catheter implanted in his side, so they could not take him. At that point I started to panic! I just searched the internet for help. I reached cremation services and they were on it right away! The paperwork was all on the internet, the customer service was fast and Dan Madden tolerated my ten thousand emails without getting frustrated with me. I have no idea on prices at all, so I honestly didn't even 'shop around'. I am a first time widow with no plan B in place, but all these services including death records and a veteran's flag came in under 1k. Thank you Dan and company for just being amazing!

Dan and the entire staff at Stark were absolutely wonderful while planning my dad’s funeral. Their kindness, patience, and understanding were so appreciated. It was also reassuring to hear from every other group we worked with (Veteran Services, Honor Guard, cemetery) that Stark was always a pleasure to work with and so professional.

Stark Memorial was very nice to my sister and myself when dealing with our mom’s arraignments. Anthony was so helpful, caring and empathetic to our situation. It was nice to have someone who was knowledgeable about all of our questions along with showing sympathy to our loss. I would highly recommend Stark Memorial to anyone in our same unfortunate situation.

I will be recommending Stark Memorial to all of my Friends and Family. From start to finish the entire team helped us through the process of honoring my grandfather Jack Tatarka. We loved the modern yet homey feeling of the funeral home. I have never seen any other funeral homes like it. My elder sister contracted with a funeral home for preneed services but the funeral director defaulted on the contract. As her advocate I researched other local funeral homes and, based upon their stellar reviews, I chose Stark Memorial as their replacement. We have been extremely satisfied with Stark in general, and Anthony Nacarato in particular, for their helpfulness, kindness, compassion, understanding and high degree of professionalism. They not only handled my sister’s transport, storage and burial with aplomb but also stayed in constant communication with me throughout the process. Elizabeth even reached out to me on my sister’s posthumous birthday to see how I was doing. What a pleasure and relief it has been to do business with such kind and caring individuals who pay attention to every detail and shoulder the burden of such an arduous task. They even provided a silk flower arrangement for the casket at the gravesite service for no extra charge. Who does that?! Stark Memorial did. I cannot recommend Stark Memorial enough. I will be contacting them for my preneed services in the near future.

Dan Madden and everyone at Stark Memorial Funeral Home treated our loved one with the utmost respect! They met our needs and showed great compassion through our process.The last thing one wishes to do is plan last arrangements for a loved one and Stark makes this experience a gentle one. The entire staff was extremely helpful, patient, and kind throughout this process. I appreciated the guidance they were able to provide. They delivered more than I was expecting, even down to the smallest detail, I didn’t even think of. When my dad passed away, Stark Memorial did an excellent job with his memorial and being supportive through the entire process. They also followed up and sent supportive texts a month after his funeral and on his first heavenly birthday-just to say they were thinking of us. Would definitely recommend Stark Memorial to anyone looking for funeral services.

Such an amazing business, they just handled my mom's services last month. Today my brother shared the most beautiful message from them. The lady that handled everything reached out to check on our family to see how we are all doing. Then she wished us all a peaceful Christmas. This kind gesture made our day. Something so small means the world to us
