Ordered fuel 2 weeks ago was on a Thursday was told we would have it on monday..call on Tuesday because to delivery they said oh well u will get in on Friday or Monday at the latest...no delivery Friday ran out of fuel Saturday no delivery Monday call them an they say oh you will get it Friday we said we were supposed to of had it an now we our out..they replied with well you better find a way to heat ur home intill you get it...now here it is Friday they close in an hour an still no fuel...will be looking eles were

I’d give zero stars if possible. We have been customers for many years and have been on a charge basis with our heating oil and have always paid our invoices on time and where even charged interest. We ordered oil this year and waited almost two weeks with no oil delivery. We called back to be put on hold for more than 10 minutes and then hung up on after that, tried calling back with no answer for several times, finally they answered and told us we needed to pay up front before they would bring our oil. First it would have been nice to know that 2 weeks ago when we ordered it and secondly, heating oil isn’t cheap and most people live paycheck to paycheck and need to prepare for a $900-$1000 bill up front. Bad company service and customer service all around. ??

Great service since their new management takeover. Glad they are bringing back the racing gas and they now have 20lb cylinder exchanges!

Ordered fuel last year and this year, both times they don't deliver when they say, and when trying to call to find out when they are coming they don't answer their phone or return calls after leaving a voice mail. Would like to know so I don't run out of fuel

Only gave them one star because it impossible to give them zero stars. Very poorly operated company. Will be taking my business to another local company after dealing with Southwest for over 15 years.

New Staff completely taken over from before. Company got switched out by new owner, employees left and went to other facilities due to conflict. I personally have always talked very highly about SouthWest, until this past cold winter when we needed oil assistance. They do not honor the voucher that comes in until they get their money. Due to emergency crisis it was always honored with the previous owners. Knowing we were in crisis and had pneumonia, they did not come that Friday morning (as promised) and made us wait until the following Monday during the snow storm. I was hung up on TWICE by the secretary staff as well, asking appropriate questions that were concerns of my invoice. It was VERY DISRESPECTFUL! Transfering to another local company bc they DO NOT MANAGE the same as the old SouthWest owners.
