Staff was very accommodating and friendly. The food distribution is efficient and the method of choosing the foods cuts down on waste.
Was not thrilled with the long wait of standing outside, very difficult when disabled. Parking is crazy. There is no lot, I had to park on the street a block away.

Great place and great people. If you need some help with food, lots of great volunteers. Don't forget you can volunteer yourself ❤️

About Salem Community Pantry Inc
Community pantry located in Salem, Ohio. We currently offer walk-in food distribution on Mondays from 9am - 11:30am and Thursdays from 3pm - 5:30pm. We are pleased to offer a wide selection of produce, meat, bread, canned goods, and dry goods in a grocery store-like environment. YOU choose what you actually need and will use! Food is distributed to residents in the 44460 zip code. Residents are now limited to two (2) shopping days per month. Please bring a picture ID and proof of 44460 residency.
