Salem Community Pantry Inc. is a great place and a great food bank. The staff and volunteers are very nice, friendly, and accommodating. The food distribution is efficient, giving you plenty of food and produce. People like that you can choose what you want, which cuts down on waste. Some note that parking is difficult and there can be a long wait outside. It is a great place to go when you need help with food or to volunteer.

Staff was very accommodating and friendly. The food distribution is efficient and the method of choosing the foods cuts down on waste.
Was not thrilled with the long wait of standing outside, very difficult when disabled. Parking is crazy. There is no lot, I had to park on the street a block away.
