Terrible pharmacy. Waited 7 hours and still no prescription!!! I would’ve just taken the prescription to another pharmacy that has the capability of filling it within a reasonable time frame. So now waiting until tomorrow, meanwhile my son is ill. No need to comment back Rite Aid. Awful.

The shelves are depleted of medicine and vitamins. The herbal supplements are scattered on four different shelves so they're impossible to find. My advice is just to go to Walgreens which is across the street

Pharmacy has really gone downhill. They hired some new people and they have negative attitudes and don't want to work. Be prepared to wait a long time.

Worst pharmacy you can possibly go. Wait for atleast a hr in the dr thru. Even though there’s 7 people there working in the pharmacy. Don’t think about trying to get a prescription a day before it’s due especially if it’s a scheduled drug. The male pharmacist is beyond rude and I don’t see how he even has a job there. All of which is complete bs. I’ll definitely start getting my script somewhere else

Made an appointment online for noon to get a flu and shingles vaccine. Waited over 50 minutes. Nobody would even acknowledge that I was still waiting. They were apparently under staffed. So I left and went to Walgreens and had my flu shot in 15 minutes. Then I needed my driver's license later that day and discovered that Rite Aid never gave it back to me. ?

Rite Aid is a great store. The staff always greet customers, are friendly, and helpful in finding products. I can always find shampoo, beauty products, immunity boosting vitamins, and snacks. It is amazing.

I love rite aid I love the associates at this specific location I go to now! But even for years now no matter what rite aid I've gone to I've always loved and I love their point system and the deals you get when she get enough points! They always seem to have the medicine I need they've never been out of it and I'm always treated with gratitude and respect.
