The company is not honest. Our claims amish built, only the seat frame is amish built. They do not back up their warranty. I've been trying over a month to get my chair repaired because it wasn't made right to start with.I would not recommend the Manufacturer make toothpicks for me. Nicholls furniture in Marion Ohio done good for themselves by so carrying their product.

You won't find a better quality couch or recliner, you just won't.. and it's made in Ohio! You can't ask for much more than that. If you want high quality furniture but don't want to pay Norwalk prices, this is the manufacturer to look out for. Johnny's Mattress and Furniture carries them in Mansfield Ohio!

Been waiting 10 months for two recliners. Unknown for delivery date and multiple excuses as to why there is no date. Getting a run around. Not a good company to buy from and would stay away from them! If I could give a negative rating I would.
