Please do not use Premier Bank. I have been attempting to get loan documentation for over a month and they will not honor the request. Trips to a branch serve no purpose as they direct you to the customer service line. Customer service line waits are typically around 30 minutes, and promised follow up is nonexistent. Please do not use Premier Bank for any banking service.

Absolutely useless bank. Who's brilliant idea was it to lock every home savings customer out of their accounts during the transfer? A little notice would have been nice. Plan on closing my accounts.Guess I should have learned when I had a cc 3 years ago at 32% and $100 yearly fee.

I needed to open a guardianship account...after numerous frustrations with other banks it was refreshing to come to this location, meet Jennifer J a personnel banker. She is extremely knowledgeable, and a very pleasant person. All my issues were resolved in an efficient manner. Thank you again Jennifer!
