We moved out of state and after talking with and getting several estimates chose Global Richard's because the person you meet will be one of your drivers and they have their own team of packers. The guys were fantastic, good natured and very careful and considerate. They worked well together. The driver and lead obviously had years of experience and things all went exactly how they said it would. They are true professionals and a family run business, highly recommend you do some research then chose Global..

I worked with Richards via North American for my move from Cleveland to Omaha. After talking with several capable companies, I chose Richards/Buckeye because of the high level of responsiveness and customer service they offered. It is truly a family-run company with husbands and wives and even fathers and daughters working together. From Chris at the office to Bill and his team packing and moving, everyone was diligent and positive. We were moving in January with a horrible polar vortex headed our way. Everyone braved the harsh conditions and we never heard a complaint.

Global Richards Moving & Storage (North American Van Lines) moved our house contents from Wooster, Ohio to Asheville, North Carolina. Not one thing was broken and there was no damage to report. It took 2 days to pack the pictures and lamps, load the boxes and furniture. We were impressed with the friendliness, care and efficiency of the crew. The driver, Doug Richards was excellent; he supervised both the loading and unloading. We highly recommend Buckeye Moving Systems!
