My husband needed prescriptions from an ER trip; both prescriptions were packs. They were very rude and then said it would take four hours to process? So he asked them to transfer the prescription to Walgreens and then they took their good ole time. This isn’t the first time we experienced and heard about how rude and ineffective they can be. I wouldn’t have a script filled by them if they were the last drugstore in town.

Very attentive I was greeted within seconds of walking up to the pick up counter. Friendly and the service was wonderful! Was able to use my coupon to dramatically drop my medication price! 11/10 would recommend!

I placed an order as I just got out of the hospital and am not to be around people as my immune system is low. I did not get any meat at all that was on the order the lady was RUDE and hung up on me she said she shopped the order in the middle of the night I said why would you do that when you know no one is going to put meat out at that time she said shop myself if I didn't like it and hung up on me

This pharmacy has record breaking slowness in the drive thru I've never experienced something so slow . Still the slowest pharmacy in Salem, Ohio I think I've seen paint dry faster!

My wife and I have been amazed at the poor communication, lack of organization, and worst of all the terrible customer care we have received from the team at Giant Eagle's pharmacy in Salem. More than once when I have picked up a prescription it has been filled incorrectly. Furthermore, when attempting to address the issue with an associate, I have been met with hostility and in one case when my wife has called, she was hung up on because they claimed they didn't have time to explain to her why she was wrong, even though she was being very calm and polite. We are definitely switching pharmacies.
