I love the girls at the front desk. I needed a Medallion Signature and I made an appointment and took the day off and they called and cancelled on me. I have tried to get another appointment to accommodate my work schedule and the bank manager was never in when I could come after work. I have banked at this bank for a very long time and just do not understand not having a once a month Saturday to accommodate someone who works. I also was not a fan when looking for a loan to build my house. That appointment was made and almost cancelled until I voiced my concern.

Nicest people ever working here, but the ATMs NEVER work. They refuse to take your card or are shut down completely. When the bank is closed and you need to deposit money through the atm, don't count on the ATMs, they're always broken.

Nicest people ever working here, but the drive through is absolutely awful! It takes at least 20 min if your doing anything at all at the drive through. Having two young kids, it's really difficult to unload the babies to come in for a roll of quarters to do laundry.

This branch of Citizens Bank has the most helpful bank tellers I've ever encountered. They greeted each of the eight visitors by name and were friendly, patient, and efficient. I highly recommend this particular branch at Pershing and S E Blvd to all my friends and coworkers.
